Krueger Trade Program
If you are looking to build a new home, but don’t want the burden of renting or paying two mortgages, the Krueger Trade Program™ may be a good option for you. Through the Trade Program we will take your current, qualifying, home in on trade towards the purchase of your Krueger Built home. For more detailed information on this program contact us.
Warranty Program
It’s our mission to work with trade partners who provide quality craftsmanship and excellent follow through. The Krueger Construction Home Owner manual provides important home care and warranty information for each of our customers, but our warranty team is here to support post-close care as well. Please submit your warranty claim here.
Local Heroes Program
Our local heroes program is a way for us to give back to those who help make our communities a better place to live. As a way to say ‘Thank You’ for your service and sacrifices, Krueger Construction offers $5,000 to be used towards closing costs or upgrades to our local heroes. Qualifying Heroes include: Law Enforcement, Military (Active, Reserve & Veterans), Healthcare professionals, Firefighters, EMS and Teachers.
Local heroes bonus cannot be combined with other promotions or bonuses.
