The Krueger Construction Team

Krueger Construction has been around for over 30 years and is a family owned and operated business through and through; we pride ourselves on our decades of experience and education. But most importantly, we pride ourselves on our team of motivated, creative, hardworking and knowledgeable individuals! Meet the Krueger Construction team!

Greg and Bonnie Krueger

--Builder and broker, Greg Krueger, is a family man and a down to earth, diligent, Midwestern guy. No stranger to hard work, Greg grew up on a farm in western North Dakota as the eldest of five siblings. After marrying his high school sweet heart, Bonnie, the two moved to Minot, North Dakota to start a family. With 5 years prior real estate experience, three children and a true passion for building a project from start to finish , in 1984 Greg broke ground on his first Krueger built home. Since then, the company relocated to Fargo and has grown to encompass all three Krueger children, turning passion into purpose and building hundreds of homes in North Dakota and Minnesota. Greg sincerely loves this area of the country and derives great joy in building homes for other families to grow in. In his spare time, Greg enjoys hunting, ice fishing, watching football, spending time with his family at their lake home and taking his grandchildren to the movies.

--With a background in banking and finance, Bonnie Krueger made an excellent addition as a founding member of Krueger Construction, Inc. With a knack for relating to just about every person who walks through the door, Bonnie genuinely enjoys getting to know our clients, customers, trade partners and their families. When meeting both Bonnie and Greg their love of their work and their family is apparent, the two have cultivated a business that provides meaning for their entire family far beyond just a job. Bonnie enjoys reading, corresponding with friends, spending time at the lake and above all, being a grandmother, mom and wife.

Corey Krueger

--Vice President & Warranty Manager, Corey Krueger, helped his dad, Greg, break ground on the very first Krueger built home. Since 5th grade, he has worked for the family business in one way or another. From pushing the broom and cleaning up job sites, to hosting open houses and meeting with customers, Corey has grown up and lives the family business. In 2005, he built upon his undergraduate education at MSUM and obtained his North Dakota Real Estate license, aiding in the Krueger Trade Program working as an agent for our sister company, Castle Realty. Corey is relatable, creative and open minded, making him an asset to the team. Although work occupies most of his time, when he is free Corey and his wife Erin along with their two children like to travel, enjoy trivia and good music. Corey is also tried and true sports enthusiast.

Kimberly and Jimmy Tehan

--An honors graduate of the University of North Dakota and former Miss North Dakota USA, Kim re-joined the family business in 2009 after working in New York City in the design public relations and marketing field. Kim is the Director of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and assists with design & floor plan development. Kim is also a licensed Realtor who aids in the Krueger Trade Program and works as an agent for Castle Realty. A perfectionist by nature, working in the constantly changing world of residential construction provides Kim an opportunity to meet and exceed expectations of clients and customers alike. Kim serves on the FMHBA Board of Directors as well as the Parade of Homes committee. When she's not working, you'll find Kim helping to coach her nieces Junior Olympic volleyball team, trying to learn how to ‘practice’ yoga, enjoying a glass of wine with friends or planning the occasional vacation with her husband, Jimmy and the most recent love of her life, their son, Tripten.

--After five years working for the University of North Dakota Aerospace Program, Jimmy took a leap into the construction industry serving as Project Manager. Building upon two years of part-time Real Estate work, Jimmy fits right in with new construction. It must run in his genes because one of Jimmy's grandfathers was a Realtor, and the other was a builder. An honors graduate from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation and a Masters in Business Administration, Jimmy brings energy and know-how to our team. As a licensed Realtor of Castle Realty, Jimmy enjoys helping clients with a unique perspective of the home buying and selling process. Organized, hardworking and professional, Jimmy is one of our go to guys on the team. He is an avid Bears fan, speaks fluent Spanish, likes to travel and loves spending time flying, working on projects around the house and spending time with his wife, Kim and their son, Tripten.

--As a mother of five, Kristi is surely cultivating the 3rd generation of Krueger Construction, Inc. She understands what it takes to make a family home livable and functional without sacrificing design quality. As Design Director, Kristi meets with each of our customers to guide them through the design process, keeping a close eye balancing budget & finishes. With previous experience in property management and rentals, Kristi understands that building a new home is an important investment and she drives to make the process enjoyable. A people person, Kristi loves spending time out and about in the FM area, but nothing compares to time with her family. Raising two sets of twins and a college student with her husband Clayton, she certainly has her hands full! When not at work, Kristi and Clayton are running around between dance, hockey, basketball, volleyball, track, choir & church with their kiddos. On the off chance they have a little break; we usually find them at the lake.

--Clayton is a graduate of NDSU and veteran of the North Dakota National Guard where he served as a carpentry & masonry specialist. Clayton is currently with the Fargo Fire Department and when he’s not working a 24 hour shift, we are lucky to tap his expertise and hands on approach to problem solving when he fills his role as Assistant Project Manager. On evenings and weekends you’ll find him coaching youth hockey & baseball, boating, ice fishing or running around with one of his five children & wife, Kristi.

Kelli Jenkins

--As Office Manager, Kelli ensures day to day office tasks run effortlessly. She has been with the company for over a decade and looks forward to continued success in helping the FM Metro and surrounding communities flourish. Kelli is very family and community oriented. When not at work, or volunteering, you’ll find Kelli and husband, Jason, remodeling their 1940’s house and spending time with their two dogs, Kaja and Phoebe.

BriAnna Thompson

--Marketing/ Sales assistant, BriAnna, is currently pursuing a master’s degree from North Dakota State University, building upon her BS in Marketing (also from NDSU - go Bison!) Since May 2016, she has been a great addition to our team; bringing a fresh perspective & creativity to many aspects of our business. Between her full time job and being a full time student, BriAnna likes to travel, shop and snuggle her dalmatian puppy, Jetta.

Pat Kelly --Our 2nd Assistant Project Manager, Pat, is a Fargo native and a hands on, hard working guy. In his free time you’ll find Pat traveling, playing guitar, watching basketball and hanging out with his family.
