Schedule an appointment with a member of the Krueger Construction, Inc. sales team and to tour our model homes, review floor plans, discuss developments and budget catered to you.

Customize your dream home with a team member by selecting and/ or designing a floor plan that fits your needs and budget as well as find a neighborhood and lot for you to call home.

Review your customized floor plan, design inclusions, development covenants and pricing.

Structure your purchase agreement with a member of our sales team. Transparency is our goal in all purchase agreements so that you and our design/ build team are all on the same page as we start the exciting build process!

STEP TWO

Design Process

Pre-Construction Orientation Meeting is an opportunity for you to tour the design center, meet your personal designer, receive your welcome package and finalize front end technicalities with your project manager.

Stress free design meetings, guided by our complimentary Design Director, are completed in our design center and at trade partner’s showrooms. Beautiful, functional, detailed design tailored to your personal style is what makes a house a home. With our experienced design staff, you are in good hands to help bring your vision to life while keeping your budget in check.

Stay connected throughout the course of design & build of your home with a series of scheduled check ins.

STEP THREE

Build Process & Walk Throughs

Sticks to bricks, watch your home take shape as excavating, concrete & framing conclude and exterior finishes begin.

On Site Walk Through’s

• Customize your electrical layout after your home shell is complete.
• Customize your closet layout as interior finishes begin.
• Pre-close walk through with our warranty manager and receive your Home Owner Manual with information on product specifics & warranties and well as home maintenance tips.
• Additional walk throughs can be accommodated by appointment through our office.

STEP FOUR

Closing & Beyond

Four to six weeks prior to completion, our team will connect you, your lender and the title company to coordinate close date, time and final numbers.

One to two weeks prior to completion, final finishes, touch ups and professional cleaning will take place.

Day of closing you'll receive your new home keys, sign off on your settlement statement and start moving!

A one year builder warranty applies to your custom home. Many of the products used in a Krueger Built home carry warranties of their own beyond the one year period. Reference your Home Owner Manual or connect with our office to coordinate.
