All claims must have an attachment.
Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
If this is an emergency, please reference page 3 of your homeowner manual, there you will find a list of the contractors contact information. In emergent situations, it is best to reach out directly to the responsible contractor to expedite the process.
For all other claim inquiries, a member of our warranty team will be in touch to confirm your submission within two business days.
